Apple Cider Oatmeal Pancakes
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1/2 cup apple cider
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Mix all ingredients together. Scoop by 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle. Cook on one side until it bubbles, than quickly flip to the other side.
2. Serve warm with some butter and maple syrup. Yum!
