A favorite of my children…
3 or 4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch slices
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1. Melt butter in jelly-roll pan in 375 degree oven.
2. Add single layer of potatoes, turn once in butter.
3. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes.
4. Bake 1/2 hour or until done.

Thanks, I made it with my granddaughter during one of her visits. She ate a lot of the topping before we ever got it on the potatoes. It is not a low-cal recipe but something my kids always liked.
